Probably no much she can do. Someone has accessed member email addresses.

There has been some good advice here. I never use the same password for more than one account. For the most part I never use the same username for different accounts and never for anything involving finances or medical stuff.

I use passwords of at least 15 characters when allowed: with at least 2 upper, 2 lower case, 2 numerical and 2 special characters

Between work and personal stuff I need to track more than 100 accounts and passwords. I cannot remember that many. Fortunately there are many programs and apps that can be purchased that can be used to store and encrypt this info.

Multiple failed attempts were made on my account in mid February. IP = China

Maybe Ron can block the IP addresses in question.

I don't agree this is a case of phishing. Those types of situations usually try to get the users password and account number to get into the protected system. There was no information solicited by this one. There were no links to click on to "get security help". It did provide an IP address as several of us have indicated. My concern is the bad guys have our email addresses that they apparently obtained by invading FAOL. So we may get some spam sent to us, but it's hit to hit a delete key. I am also being watchful, but other than our email addresses and possibly our names I can't see any other information of value.
