Rock Creek Big South Fork

Anyone have any experiance on Rock Creek in the Big South Fork National River and Recreation Area boardering Tennessee and Kentucky?

I used to fish it alot for many years, but have decided travel an hour plus farther and get to the Smokies. It's stocked in Oct. then C and R till March. A lot of Poaching takes place!! Summer and Fall the water levels drop drastically to almost trickles. I'll PM you.
