    Default Targus Fly?

Does anyone know of the status of the Targus Company? Last year I bought two Targus Pro Gary Borger fly rods, both of which have been great up to now (I briefly reviewed the 10-wt for the Saltwater forum on this site). Last weekend the second stripper guide ring on the 10-wt popped out of its frame. I have tried to get in touch with Targus, but my email has gone unanswered, and the telephone numbers listed on their site are both disconnected (bad sign).

    Does anyone have any info?

    Thanks.

    Hey FF,

You didn't list the contact info you have for them, so I don't know how useful this will be. They did move to Woodland, Wa.

    Targus Fly & Feather
1760 DOWN RIVER DR, WOODLAND, WA 98674
    (360) 225-3536

If this is the case, then it might explain the disconnected phone numbers. If not, bummer....

Targus had a booth at the Albany, OR, Fly Fishing Expo last weekend. Maybe the move is the reason you couldn't contact them.

Yep, those numbers (the ones on the site) are the ones I tried, and they have been disconnected. This looks just like a company going out of business, except for the appearance at the Albany Fly Fishing Expo last weekend. Curiouser and curiouser.
