Today we have 4.5'' of snow, 35 - 50 mph wind 7* - 20* wind chill. A winter wonderland indeed.

I just checked the satellite weather radar map thingy on the Weather.com website.
I didn't check to verify its accuracy, I just assume it IS accurate. Here's some interesting things...
1. Its February 2nd, 2011. (ok, that isn't all that interesting, but it sort of ties in with the rest)
2. Its RAINING in Alaska.
3. Its snow/blizzard that hit us yesterday is still raging across the eastern 1/2 of the US.
4. Its snowing in Texas.
5. There are even pockets of snow falling in MEXICO!
Hm...snowing in Mexico and Texas...raining in Alaska on February 2nd. Yeah, that's pretty normal. :confused3:

Olathe, Ks: 5 degrees and I just finishing shovelling 13 inches of snow off mine, then my mother's driveways. It is pretty out there though, now that the snow has stopped and the sun is out.
If it swims and eats, it'll eat a fly.
Just think all that snow will melt and make spring fishing better by flooding the grass.

Yeah and you guys just couldn't keep it out there could ya!!!!!!!! Man we're so tired of storms up here in the Northeast this year it's crazy. Seems every other week we get wacked with more snow.
Shoveled three times already and finally called a buddy of mine to come and plow the really heavy stuff. 19" already and it's started snowing heavy again with sleet mixed in and the wind. expecting another 8-12 inchs if not more. I'll be happy to share with ya!!!!!!!!!
Everybody be safe.
Hey Steve, I know where there's an old marina that needs some gills taken out of it if we have a nice wet spring!
