Hi Warren, Butterfly and I are both recovered from the fish-in and the further debouchery at my brother's for the fourth. I enjoyed finally meeting you also. This sounds like a great trip you have coming up. I spent some time at a family reunion earlier this year talking to my cousin's son-in-law about trout and the Carolina side of the park where he fishes. Get your new rod built. It will be ideal for the kind of streams we talked about.

I might do this one. I'm newer to the boards, but this sounds like fun if you guys would have a relative newbie to fly fishing in your midst (today's my one-year anniversary of first getting on a river with a fly rod).

Come and join us... my wife and I have only tried fly fishing for a year and a half now. This is about fellowship and throwing a few flies... catching is a whole 'nuther thing. I'm still trying to get the hang of it.

Tell Jean - YES! Window units, but they work fine. By October we might even be able to leave the windows open and enjoy the fresh air.
