    Default Donations

    What would be a good place or charity to donate
    fly fishing related item's such as extra flies? I know
    there's alot out there but which one one would
    you pick?

    Casting For Recovery also looks for donated flies for their outings. I tend to favor Project Healing Waters, though, as they are not as well known and thus need the help more. Both are worthy organizations.

    Casting for recovery would also be my recommendation -- they work with women who are in differing stages of breast cancer. i will be volunteering for them this summer at one of their retreats.

    However, there are several worthy organizations.

    If you had a lot of flies or fly fishing related items to donate, I would donate some to all the groups mentioned. They are all very worthly.

    hmmmm...let me think...a charity. one that could use donated fly fishing stuff. wow. i'll have to give that some thought...
