Default glow in the dark thread

    Has anyone tied with this?

Saw some polyester thread, glow in the dark, on sale in a sewing shop going out of business.

I haven't seen that. I do have flashabou and Uni-Yarn in glow-in-the-dark that I'm going to try out this spring and summer, though.

I got mine at Wal-Mart, and it works great. It is a little thick though. I have pink and yellow thread.

I tie a few wet flies & nymphs using the glow thread and really catches fish if your night fishing or fishing dark water... some flies i use this as the tying thread making the whole fly golw... others i use it as a rib... walmart in the sewing thread is where i got mine & it comes in 4 or 5 diferent colours... i like the white that glows a bright greenish yellow... that seems to be the brighter morew longer glowing of the other colours...

    Thumbs up Cool

I'll have to get some of that. I have the uni glo-yarn and glowing flashabou and can't wait to try them. I'll bet the crappies would like them. Maybe Walleyes or even Catfish.
