    Got some beautiful midges from Ben today; hard to believe they would look better than they did in the picture he posted .... but they do. Thanks Ben, and thanks for the extras.

    Thought I'd post pics of the two midges I tied.

    Half-back Foamback Midge:

    Fullback Foamback Emerger:

    Hope everyone likes them and ties some up for use. Can't wait to see what everyone else tied!

    I received the Miracle Midges from jburge today. Beautiful flies, John, and, thanks for the extras.

    Folks, I've received 6 sets of flies as of today. I would love to have a midge box filled with these patterns. Kelly, I've already tied up some midges using the foam backing that you used. Unreal! Keep 'em coming.

    Just received a box of beautiful little midges from bamboo10. Hey Gary, thanks for the other things. Looking forward to seeing you in a couple of weeks.

    All right guys, the deadline is approaching. Please contact me if you think your flies are going to be late.

    If I ever host another midge swap I will only open the packages, as they arrive, with a towel draped over my shoulder. I'm telling you, this is one set of slobberific flies.

    Cal E. Baetis' size 32 midges arrived today. Unbelievable Chris! Well done, and thanks for the extras.

    Got a message from Sjo yesterday and his flies are en route.

    Great swap thus far everyone. Won't be long before they are headed back to you.;

    Between massive work out of town and a death in the family I am happy to say my midges will be in the mail in the morning. Sorry for the delay
