Talking Update on the lee wulff

First chance I had to get out fishing since I built the rod.
I had two on , an 18-20" brooke trout which I almost had in (released at feet ....unintentionaly) and this fat Brown you see below (released in good shape) (tuff takin pictures when your by yourself) The fishing was very slow , but I managed to christen the rod anyhow. There are bigger ones waiting for this little stick........all in due time..........Ed

OH ......I failed to mention : I also caught a Mallard Duck with the rod on a dry fly! Was quite a tussle, but both rod and duck survived the ordeal.

Now that Ed is one nice brown. What a way to break in a rod!

    Now that... That's a beauty!

Oh, the fish is OK, too.
