    what weight? I have a custom 7wt in that model. Hopkins Holloway raised single foot guides.

    Please be specific in respect to line weight AND whether any other lengths or line weights (up and/or down) will work. In addition, let us know if different Sage models may work for you.

    BTW, it won't be easy to find a RPL+ in 9'6" length ... the percentage of longer rods is VERY small compared to the total produced.

    Sorry about that. I'm specifically looking for a 9 weight in 9'6" to be used for Fall salmon fishing in Michigan. I use 9'6" in 8 weight as my primary Steelhead rod. I have tried a variety of rods/manufacurers and really like the RPL+. Thanks for the responses.
