Fly Patterns for Carp

Just curious if anyway has some patterns to share for carp.

Anything small size 10-12, weighted and buggy looking...have had success with lil' buggers, essentially small versions of wooly buggers and have also used briminators tied with one pheasant feather, I weight them for Carpin'

a class on this subject last night..
Make sure you know if you are fishing for a common carp or a grass carp. Common Carp eat crawfish, nymphs, worms, basically anything thye can find on the bottom. Grass carp are vegitarians only and much harder to entice to eat a fly.

I personally am a huge fan of small craw patterns (heavy but small) wooly buggers in olive, craw orange, and black, and my personal go to pattern for the common carp a head stand (thats what you gt when you breed a wooly bugger and a craw pattern). Also when the time of the year is right you can use mulberry flies under trees that are dropping fruit, and cotton wood fluff works wonders when the sun is high and the air is super still.
