I'm looking for tying instruction/pattern for a Spotlight Caddis emerger. Haven't been able to find it searching the web. Can anyone help?

Looks like a parachute fly based on Fox's Poopah. Here's a link to a step-by-step recipe for Fox's Poopah. http://www.troutflies.com/tutorials/poopah/index.shtml
Should be easy to tie it as a parachute fly, using standard parachute techniques.

Thanks guys. I think I can figure it out from here.
Nice links thanks.
I highly recommend this pattern. The spotlight was a killer during the Mother's Day hatch.
