The Sowbug Round-Up is one of my favorite events to tie at and attend each March. It's hard to ask for a better location for such an event than Mountain Home. I've always learned a thing or two to make my tying life easier by watching and asking questions of the tyers.
It's not hard to ask for "low water" conditions during the show. With the high water this past year, Antron Midge and myself went to the Spring River one of the afternoon's of the show and caught trout, sunfish, and chain pickerel.
Be sure to watch the Fly Swaps section of the BBS for the annual swap that we put on to meet fellow FAOLers.
