Fish carvings

Hey I would really like to someday get a carving or a replication of a fish I catch. Has anyone done this? Any recomendations?

Wow, JC. Those folks are impressive. I can just see that coffee table in our living room with some reproductions of those Lowell cutthroat swimming around in it. Hmmmmmmm.
