    Default refinish guide wraps

i have a 1972 fenwick 5 wt. it was my first fly rod and is in pretty nice shape. i was noticing that there are very tiny grooves in the finish on the wraps and a little blush near the guide feet. can they just be re- epoxied or do i need to get someone to re-wrap the guides .

Forgive me if I'm wrong, but I'm assuming it's 'glass. If it's not-nevermind.
