For $10, I should just buy another set. I really like my Danvise, but I do notice that it doesn't hold the hook as securly as my other vise, which is a Peak rotary. The jaws from Al Beatty are a gift at that price. One thing that I wish that they would do is texture the inside of the jaw somehow. Little dimples, ridges something to grab the hook a little better. Again, for these prices this vise is a great deal and when you drive a Chevy you can't expect it to be a Caddy, but it still gets you from here to there much better than a Yugo.
