The fish are always right.
I was waiting for it to freeze up so I could ice fish. Actually just taking a break from the steelhead action. One of these days, John S., I am going to make it to the PNW for real steelheading. I've fished the St. Joe and the Boise just for a few hours each also, and would love to get back there. Ohio steelheading is nice, but the PNW and Rockies are all I think about. Only three more months before my wife and I are back in Twin Bridges, Montana, and I am counting down the days and tying flies.
