November drawing - RL Nunley bamboo blank
Hi all,
Sorry this took so long. Work has to come first. I work in the electric power industry and travel quite a bit for work.
A week ago today, I got a phone message from Deanna, saying that the bamboo blank had shipped out that day and that I should be seeing it by the end of the week. That was on a Wednesday.....I live in Missouri and the blank was shipping from the west coast. I thought it might make it to my shop by mayyybe Friday.
No chance.....it was there the next day waiting for me when I got back to the shop!!!!!!
Here are the pictures of it. Some of them are a little out of fucus. The pics really don't do it justice. The thing is beautiful....really a piece of art. RL Nunley is pretty good at what he does, to say the least! I think I got a good pic of the flaming on the cane.
As you can see.....the thing is pretty darn cool.
Definately and early Christmas for me!!
