Default Whats biting in Nov. in CT?

Can anyone point me towards a source for info on late fall fly fishing in Connecticut?
I'll be right by the Mianus river near Stamford, CT for 10 days around Thanksgiving and would love to do some fishing. My internet searches have been pretty fruitless, so whatever you can pass on would be great!
    Thanks for your help!
    Cheers, Pete

    Hi Pete
Striper season traditionally winds down around Thanksgiving but at that time of year it's a real hit or miss, right place, right time kinda thing
For trout, the Farmington River, north of where you'll be, is a tailwater and fishes well all year
One of the finest trout streams in the east

A lot of the guys on this site live in western Ct. and know more about the area than I
