It wasn't a bribe! it was a legit donation. I'm sure all that Sheriff Baca gets is free Academy Award tickets.
Another news item; Paris Hilton's jail expenses.
The average cost per day for a female inmate in LA County is $99.64.
It cost TEN TIMES as much, $1,109.78, to keep Hilton locked up. This expense includes medical treatment and staff associated with her needs.
So I would guess the Sheriff wanted to get rid of her because she is a ROYAL PAIN!
By the way the other inmates don't get special health care.
I hope she becomes a better person after she is released.

Hasnt enough attention been given to a woman whose only claim to fame is being Pretty, Spoiled and Rich.
She is part of the crowd who has skewed a claim to fame that doesnt deserve it. She is part of the over pampered rich kid, overindulged athlete, drunk and high musician, you can do anything cause your a movie star, we love you even though your a crooked politician , rob us blind and get no real penalty invester part of America.
We as Americans have supported this type of behavior all the way.
If as a group we stop supporting these people by not buying the products or services that support these types of life styles than we will put just a little more reality back in our lives.
