Tioga County PA advice needed

I will be camping on the shore of Hammond lake in late June and wander if there is anyone here that knows the local waters.
Since I will not have enought time to disect all of the waters any info on local hot spots and fly patterns would be appreciated.
Most likely we will be fishing Hammond lake and Hickory State Park Lake maybe if we have enough time we can hit Cowanesque Lake for a day.
I do not know anything abouth local streams so if you know anything I promise to return all of the fish back (well maybe not the carp...).

a short run puts you the pine cr drainage. there are many wild trout stream that produce nice natives. check out the PFBC map
