I have a big head...I can never find any good hats...
I found one hat at my schools bookstore, company is Zephyr, its a stretchy hat sized XL...its my only cap that fits!!!
does anyone else have this problem, and does anyone have a good solution?

Raw,
It's better than having a head so small that you can't find a hat to fit you. Then you'd never be able to see where you're going. lol
Be happy with the big head. Big head = Big brain.

Try a Tilley Hat - my 7 and 7/8 noggin loves it. there is even one size bigger. Wonderful - 8 years and counting.

I've gone looking for fitted hats before and have maligned myself to the fact that my noggin would be sized in the "8's"...as I've never seen such a hat, I don't know exactly what it would be. For river use, I have an old Bacardi ball hat I got when I worked at the campus bar that I stick on my head with the back strap undone.

I have a big head...average brain.
I've found adjustable buckle strap caps fit me the best. Hats are another matter...XL is the only option and often they're a little to big.
Like underwear one should try before you buy.
