Any experience with this rod

A friend has offered to sell me (sight unseen) an Orvis PM-10 6 wt rod. It is apparently discontinued. Has anyone had any experience with this rod. Thanks Dave

The PM10 should have been discontinued long before it was. I had a 4 wt. The most lifeless rod I have ever cast.

I have a PM10 905, I paid over $400 for the rod. They were discontinued when Orvis jumped head first into thier Trident line of rods. The PM10's in my opinion was and still is a better rod. If you can get it for under $200 go for it.
