Eastern California roads and water conditions.

If you are planning to travel and fish in Eastern California's Owens valley and beyond, be careful and read the signs. The water is high and the roads are torn up and the snow is still deep. I hope this information is helpful. I stayed home for Fishmas. Going to give it a few weeks to calm down and see how it is. PS I tried to put some links to Inyo County but it did not work. Jim
