Ronn Lucas Sr RIP
Just read on another forum that Ronn Lucas Sr, a wonderful fly dresser, hook maker and contributor to this site has passed from the mortal coil at the age of 78. No info as to the cause of death. Last I saw he was retiring from hook making and slowing down his tying due to his age. No mention of illnesses. He was a wonderful teacher and the one responsible for my late wife starting to dress Atlantic Salmon flies. He will be missed by many.
Happiness is wading boots that never have a chance to dry out.
He guided many of us on our tying lives. Rest easy. Save me a spot on the Heavenly waters!

Very sorry to hear this. Never had the pleasure of meeting him in person, but a great tier, teacher, and mentor.
Ronn's passing
