thread - Danville 6/0 light olive
tail - pheasant tail
rib - Depth Ray fluoro red
body - dubbing cream
body hackle - white
1st shoulder - dyed yellow (1Tbs Rit Lemon Yellow/1 cup water)
2nd shoulder - chukar dyed neon olive (2 Tsp Rit Lemon Yellow, 1/4 Tsp Rit Neon Green/2 cups water)
