    Nice job. I just do have the patience or skill to work with wood or cork. They should catch fish for you.

    Those look darn good, but I would suggest you use a longer hook to allow for a better hook set.

    You are absolutely correct. I had #4 & #6 kinkshank hooks. I should have used the larger ones on the smaller bodies and purchased some #2s for
    the larger ones but I got anxious to finish (and lazy). We'll see what happens. I'm calling this a practice run. I plan on doing a better job on the finish and airbrushing some as soon as I can get some paint supplies.

    When I started making poppers I couldn't find kinkshank hooks I learned a layer or two of thread on the hook would secure it to the body along with the cement I was going to use either way.
