    Default Canadian bass

I was left a generous gift of cash so I bought a used (1986) Hydra Sports V-star 150bass boat last March(2019). Went to a fairly large lake about 5 hours from Wiarton Ontario. Posting a few pictures as samples of the approx. 200 we caught in 5 days. It was nice flycasting from the deck of the bass boat as compared to the 12 foot aluminum boat we took the year before. Most of the fish were caught on clousers but some of bigger ones were caught on the fies in the pictures.

Good for you. That's a dream come true. Beautiful bass and beautiful flies. I'd love to do that one time in my life.

Nice fish. I like the sunfish pattern. I've been going up to Northern Ontario for about 30 years, no largemouth up there. I don't think we've ever had a 200 bass week. We catch a lot of 13-14 inch smallies , with a few larger ones thrown in to spice up the week.
