    Jeff,

The bay at Rocky Bayou is up 3-4 feet and is darkly off color. It’s also dangerously full of debris due to docks coming apart from the flooding. I’d be very careful in a boat for awhile.

It could be that fishing would be OK there - haven't been out. Try the grass beds in front of Lulu's Restaurant just east of the Mid-bay Bridge and from there north and straight accross to some grass beds on the north shore just east of the bridge.

Closer to FWB, the water at Garnier's Bayou is not so dirty, but it's up 4-6 inches. Don't have a fishing report from there yet, but I'd try the grass beds in front of the Coast Guard Station, and then in the deep channel just east of Crab Island.

    Good Luck!

    Regards,

    Bill Streitz
