    Default Any information??

Just saw, on another web site, that Sylvester Nemes has passed away. No additional information ... If this is real, the world of fly fishing/fly tying has lost a great one!

    Betty,

Nothing about his demise on the Flymph Forum that I saw. Would be a sad day indeed, if true.

Truly a sad day for the flyfishing community. Syl was as good as they come and we have lost a giant in our world. Prayers go out to his wife and family.

Sorry to hear of this news. I really enjoyed his books on soft hackle flies.

Was hoping it wasn't true. A great tier who will be missed.
