A South Bend Model 323 Bamboo Rod

I am offering for sale a 9' 3/2 South Bend Model 323 bamboo rod. Includes the original bag.....no tube.
The 323 is a Dry Fly Trout Action rod. I've also fished it with small streamers for smallmouth and it handled them admirably. A very sweet medium action with dries. It likes a 6 weight WF line in my hand. I particularly like the cork insert reel seat on this rod in lieu of some of the plastic inserts you see on most South Bend rods. All original, straight and tight.........no problems.

I would rate the rod in very good + + condition. Without some scratches on the rod butt cap and a very slight breakdown of one of the wraps at the stripping guide I would deem it in excellent original condition.
The wrap at the guide is really no big deal. The rod could easily be fished many, many, times until the wrap had to be addressed.
