I hate to tell you this Ivan, but Friday they had that Toon at 1/2 price. It was their last Friday sale day and everything in the store was half off. Maybe if you hurry and call them...
I own the ODC Sport 9 foot and don't have any complaints except the bladders get out of place and need readjusting at times. Makes it kinda hard to pump up when they aren't lined up. As far as getting around the lakes, ponds and slow running rivers it's a breeze. They set up and break down quickly and only weigh about 50 lbs.

Just pump it up til if feels pretty hard. Do not try to get into pounds of pressure thing. It is low and will drive ya nuts.

Do understand the changes in air pressure with heat and altitude change.

If you are going to use it around Kilgore drop the pressure if it will be setting in the sun coming or going. I keep mine stored a little on the soft side pump it up at lakeside or at the top of the mountain. Sir Issac and his laws of expanding gases can do you harm between the top and the bottom of the mountain. I do have a redneck adapter for using an air compressor to inflate the pontoons but it has to be hand held in place so I cannot leave it and pop the bladder.

    I hope you enjoy it.

I understand a little about expansion kinda like a truck tire... The air pressure raises when it get hot goin down the road compaired to the tire pressure when its just been parked fer a while... That would really suk if i was in the middle of a lake somewhere & the thing popped...

You are correct that would suck, go reason to wear a PFD and not pump the pontoons overly tight starting out. I believe I tend to lose a little pressure on the water around here, most of the lake stay fairly cool and have springs in them. The chance of both pontoon popping at the same time would seem pretty remote.

I am more concerned about losing an oar but I have seen pontoon on the river with duct tape around them.
