These are Fisher blanks and yes they have spigot ferrules, they're just not shown in the pictures above.

The graphite blank could be a Fisher, it has all sorts of model numbers recorded on it if you can find an old catalog or online source for this information you could certainly identify the...
In my mind anyway, the first two emerald blanks could be the Lamiglas Perigee blanks which were sold only to rodbuilders. The next three blanks, appear to be Fisher but also could be Hardy Sceptre...

Nice bugs, I like the Dahlberg divers though.
Insert a strip of leather below the reel foot that may help. The cap and ring reelseat isn't the old style version and is still common on lighter weight fly rods.
The rod can be repaired, you can contact me if necessary.
Betty, those blanks make great fly rods - hope you enjoy building them. Think of it as great therapy.
