I would suggest going to your local fly shop, or find a fly fishing club. If these are not available then I'd suggest books and dvd's, hands on is much better to start.

How does a new member get notification of swaps as they start?

HI, Another Arkansas Fly Fisher in Russellville, AR. I'm working on the wife to let me buy a kayak, I'm sure it will happen soon.

Does anyone know how or where to get fly tying scissors sharpened.
