11' 7wt i cant stop myself i need HELP!!!!!:D

6wts are ok for steelhead but lg rods handle to fish better and you will not fight them to death, go with a 7wt or 8wt and try to get a 10' you will enjoy it more

if you put the hook thru the zonker strip first this will help stop it from wrapping around the hook

use the 8wt and that should help you out, anything smaller and you have to watch the size of the flies you can use and the harder it is to fish
