Seeking the Michael Jackson streamer pattern

I know I wrote a couple of weeks ago eschewing PATTERNS (not the book, the idea) as the cast-in-stone gospel when often some appropriate stuff on a hook (tied well) that looks like what you want is sufficient. However I have need of the above pattern as a gift to an ill fly-fisher who could use the support and I think a 'Real Pattern' would be a better gift. Please direct me if you can. I remember the pattern as a streamer: Purple over blue over Red with a Silver body - or something like that. Thanks in advance.
