Poppers
I got a dremmel for my birthday yesterday and turned out my first few popper bodies this after noon. I also got some foam flip flops, i got black, blue, and green. i have used some blacck and green so far. Could i use sally hansens as an epoxy, dont really want to ask for money to get some so close after my birthday. I have done the bodies for 3 bluegill poppers and 1 bass popper. I will post some pics of the finished poppers

Cdpaul,
Yes you can use Sally Hansens if you want to. It's not really necessay, but it makes for a more "professional" finished looking popper. I use 60 mnute epoxy as it gives me enough time to coat several poppers before it gets too thick to use.

Here is the start of a gallery display of some poppers tied by Louisiana Popper Artist Ronald Braud.
I have about a dozen of his amazing poppers to photograph. But only one photo online so far, alas.
The rest will appear one-by-one, every few days a new popper photo. Ronald's work is astonishing.
His paint jobs are so cool. I wish I could paint a driftboat hull this way...
actually, now that I think about it, I might have to work on that.

Also, here is a mind-boggling popper-making thread on another very good forum.
