Jesse, got a kick out of your note. Time certainly does fly ... FAST! Tristyn is just days away from turning 8. She still uses a wheelchair, but in list last few months has learned to walk... somewhat unsteadily, but walk she does! She still has no speech, and likely never will. She's a real trooper though, and so dearly loved. She's in 2nd grade, though learning how to self feed, and self care. It's quite a limited level, but she's slugging through. It's funny ... she'll follow simple directions given in French, Chinese, English, Russian, Spanish, and possibly others! She loves the Silver Knights, the semi pro ice hockey team in Las Vegas, where they now live. What a freekin' hoot she is!! Good to hear your little one is close enough to be able to have sleepovers! Cherish that little one!
Happy birthday young man. You keep trying but you just can't seem to catch up to me.
Uncle Jesse, I got a flyer in the mail yesterday about the Fly Fishing show coming back to Atlanta on February 02-03 at the Infinite Energy Center. I haven;t been to a FF show in several years and thought that I might take this one in. Are you interested in meeting there so we can finally meet in person and enjoy the show? Let me know if you might be interested in going and we can set up a place and time to meet. Jim Smith
Hi Jesse. I'm in Austin with my daughter. I have to use my phone because I don't have Wi-Fi here. I tried to post about my daughter yesterday but kept getting kicked off line. She has quit chemo and is doing a little better. Still a sick girl. Sleeps a lot but not throwing up as much. Also happier and more alert. They are moving to New Mexico next week. Jim
Hey Jesse, I hope the weather there is not hurting you. Stay safe and warm my friend. Jim

That would be 42 years young,,, hey I hope the same as you Romney and Ryan are a great ticket. a couple of real gentlemen that will make leaders with sound principles each having heart felt belief in our constitution.. I am a man of common sense and believe with all my being we need to fall back of our original founding principals for many of the answers to todays troubles and once we are flying truly under ole glories curtain of morality. we can share and teach others around the globe, we have strayed and need to bring it back home... We are in no position to preach to anyone country with this current administration.. We have much to reflect ourself as a Great Nation again , but I know the shine is under the tarnish and I will always continue do my part. Thanks for the platform,, you be safe, well and happy .. hug the boys,,, Steve
I don't see a + next to my name. We both need to go fishing. I probably won't get out this month, but I have some hopes for next month. I pulled up the Google satellite view of an old stomping ground and it has changed!!! Being a river which floods regularly, I expected some changes, but a favorite old slough which was in place for decades has simply ceased to be. It isn't changed, it is gone. Oh well, I hope to wade that river in August. Take care, Ed
Jesse, Yep, I am the only Admin since REE retired. I did not appreciate the posting and yes, I did delete if after I first warned Ted. He has not responded and that is maybe good, cuz some just dig themselves in deeper. Maybe he will understand that his sort of posting will not be tolerated here on FAOL. Thank you for your support. Denny
It didn't show next to mine. It has only been known to visit the names of Moderators, in the past. Did LF make a poacher into a game keeper? Ed
