I took off for the middle provo this am. made it up to Jordenelle resv. snow was so deep i could not find any roads so I came back down. I will try next week.

Hey Joni - don't know if you remember me but you tied up some "crayon" flies and sent them - I think someone sent you some dyed pheasant in wacky colors (yellow, red, purple, etc) and you were sharing the love and sent me a couple. Must have been 2 or 3 years now.

ANYWAY....I was going deep for bluegill today (I've moved away from any cold water trout streams) and nothing was working. I tied on one of your patterns and bang-Zoom what a change - like flipping a switch - they loved them and tore them up!

Just wanted you to know - thanks again for your generosity in sending them to me!

Have you heard from DShock lately. He hasn't posted since before JC passed away and I fear he's taken that loss pretty hard. He was the first person to welcome me to FAOL over 10 years ago.
