Thanks for the recipe. Wouldn't have guessed at the blue peacock plume, but I do think I have one.

Yes, the Crooked Fork Creek is one of the main tribs to the Lochsa. The Lochsa actually forms at the confluence of the Crooked Fork and Colt Killed. I've looked at Colt Killed several times but haven't fished it. Haven't seen any water that looks really good.

Crooked Fork has been very good to me over the past three months. I've probably fished it 20 plus times since early July. Great little cutthroat stream.

I never did fish above Sula. I've thought about it a number of times, remembering your recommendation, but it is kind of far from home. By the time I get to the East Fork below Sula at a place I like, I stop there.
