Hi Karli - Happy Birthday !! Wow - two years plus since you've been a member of the BB. Lots has happened and changed since then, but not your great attitude and smile ( which always shines through in your posts ). Glad you enjoy the Fishing Reports. Guess I'll have to keep doing them for a while longer. John
Hi Karli - Got the flies in Saturday's mail. Will let you know when I fish them, and will post pix of the fishies that eat them. ( How's that for positive thinking ?? ) Thanks. John
Karli - Need to send you some information via PM, but your mailbox is full. Please make some room and let me know so I can send the info along. Thanks. John
Thanks again!
Got out on one of my bikes today - my crossbreed which is good for a work out - much more work than my regular road bike. I mentioned that Missoula is a very bicycle friendly area. Besides the many bicyclists you see most every day and the bike lanes in town and bike paths in the country, there are regular commercials on TV nightly at prime viewing times. One commercial is aimed at bicyclists following the rules of the road for automobiles. The other commercial is aimed at motorists encouraging courtesy and caution for bicyclists. How cool is that ?! I rode on a two lane 70 MPH U.S. highway. It is not heavily traveled, but folks do kind of hurry along. With one or two exceptions, every vehicle that approached from behind that could move left to make more room for me did, most going at least partly across the centerline and the rest edging it with their left side wheels.
