I thought of you when I saw the Heddon reel for sale...bet it would look nice on your Heddon...How have you been...doing ok here...getting some fishing in...have a pt job for June...hope all is well with you and yours...rob

I read on a different forum that using Heddon rods could be hazardous to your health...So, since I am such a good friend I will spare you any health hazards and you can ship me that terrible Heddon before you grow ill or something...you have my address...you should ship asap before anymore exposure...your friend....Rob

How was the fishing....mine went down the tubes...and today it has been a downpour all day and still going....the neighbor is building a ark I think it is so bad.....Rob

I notice you're down in NC. Where abouts? My daughter lives in Raleigh and works at the Duke Univ. Medical Center in Durham. Are you close? Is there any good trout fishing near Raleigh/Durham (streams...not lakes)? Thanks.

Bobby, the place we were fishing is a pay to fish ranch. Our club, Hi-Desert Flyfishers has a deal to fish there one weekend a month. We fish private trout ponds that are reserved for us and not the public. We also fish a warm water pond for bass and bluegill. It is float tube only. Our ponds are catch and release only. The wrist bands are to identify us as club members and not the public. It's kind of hard to find any kind of fishing around here as we are in the middle of the desert. The public was fishing for catfish today in two other lakes on the property. From the stringers full coming out when I was leaving, the cats were biting quite well.
