The heat kept many from spending much time on the river, but the pond was used for fun, practice, teaching and the accuracy competition on Saturday. Here are a few photos from the pond.

Casting is always a large part of our Fish-Ins, here are a couple really going for it. The distance casting event was won by Eric Reilly (Fishstick) with a cast of nearly 97 ft., Ray DuBois came in second, and Bob Nunley, third. There will be more photos, stay tuned.

Friday night some of the group hung out at the firepit with hot dogs, marshmallows and a sing along. Saturday after the competitions was our 'official feed', put on by Ray DuBois. It was a first class meal! Thanks Ray and Carla.
