A Good Fight by Andy Hogan
|
|||
A secret stream, About Andy HoganBorn in Idaho and raised in Utah, Andy Hogan has enjoyed fishing since he was old enough to reel in the trout his dad pretended not to catch. His early motivation for writing "fishing poetry" however, was not driven by his great love of seeking and snatching the big one, rather, garbage fish fishing was the metaphor used to describe his feelings of dating other women while his true love, "my trout," was far away. After finally nabbing "his trout," Andy continued to express his love of life by writing fishing poetry. He now has a soon to be published collection of over 60 poems in a book called A School of Trout. Besides fishing, Andy enjoys spending time with his wife and their two children. |
