Easter is coming - this is good for a crowd.
5-6 lb yams skinned and cut into 1-2 inch cubes.
Brown lightly in dutch oven on stove med high uncovered.
Add 2 full bags dark brown suger over top no need to stir, cover and place in oven for 1 hour at 350.
It will make its own juice.
Serve hot with REAL butter, no more that a 1000 cal. per serving. ~ Rich Ward
