I'll bet you're right. Now that I think about it I realized how dumb a question that is. Down stream just across the line in KY there is a concrete bridge with tiles running across it. We call them a slab bridge, I don't know the correct term, but the only way for water to run under them is through a series of tiles that are probably 12 to 16 inches across. I'm not sure if this is true or not, but I have always been told that fish wouldn't swim through them?! Which if true, would keep them on the TN side.
