I received some very nice tricos today from Bill. At least I think they are very nice, my poor presbyopic vision couldn't tell for sure until I got those little size 24 puppies under the microscope.

Yup, they're sweet! Nice job Bill.

Thanks a bunch, too, for the cricket, materials and instructions. I'm sure the local spring creeks will be seeing these this summer.

i missed getting them out monday. they will go out today or tomorrow at the latest. these are "spinners", so i didnt use a "crushproof" container...there didnt seem to be a need as there is really nothing to crush...

    Ed,

Not sure if this would be of any real issue, But In the case that it would be...I was digging into my Dry fly hook box to tie up some other flies...and I think I went into the wrong compartment while selecting the hooks for your Tric's....It should not matter as I used the hooks shank and gape as the guage for material application and selection....but they may be tied on 26's and not 24's....???

Sorry for the delay, but I received a really neat set of flies from Feenom the other day. Now just waiting for one more set from Diane and they'll all go to Michigan.

OK, I lied. I didn't tie any tricos. I got Allan Podell to tie up a few instead. I'm sending them on to Jack in Monday's mail. They look awesome.
