Painting dumbell eyes

I thought we just discussed this but I can't find the topic so here's an old thread.

2 questions:

Do you spray paint dumbbell eyes?

Where can I buy them in bulk?

I powder paint mine .. tie them to the hook with wire , powder coat (be sure to clean the hook eye out) bake and paint eyes on if needed
