PM from "Wild Man"

I must be missing something about this particular thread. I got a message from him but it was a pm....I can send any of you a pm without knowing your password. Isn't that what he did? All he had to do was login...now he is banned.

Yes, but we're making (the reasonable) assumption that it wasn't really "wildman" who actually sent the PM. Somebody got into his account. He isn't permanently banned -- he just needs to change his password and Charlaine will let him back on.

The problems are 1) wildman may use the same password on other accounts. The hacker can then access things that may be more renumerative -- like maybe his bank account. 2) Since it was a hacker who sent the PM, the link is probably sketchy and designed to install malware.
