I am really interested in the Strawberry Cherry Bomb and will have to try some here on my local rivers/ponds/lakes.

Since my mind works differently than most humans, the question I would have to experiment with is to determine if this fly is successful due to the combination of UV, the color red and the Glo in the dark material or is it successful due to the color red only or one of the other materials? For some unknown reason, I am thinking the color red is the trigger, but, one would have to experiment to find out. I do know that way back in my tournament bass fishing days, the color red on crankbaits worked great because they found that as the crankbait went deeper, it took on a brownish color which looked more like a crayfish. Sinch you are fishing this closer to the surface, that color change would not come into play.

I think I will experiment with the color red since, in my mind, that is what I think is the "trigger" with this pattern.

Thanks for posting it.....
